As a member of Crosstowne’s First Impressions Team, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported. Whether you're serving in the Café, greeting at the doors, driving the golf cart, assisting at the Guest Services Desk, or checking in kids, your service helps set the tone for an amazing experience.
- Café Team: Greet guests with a smile, serve coffee and snacks, and create a warm space where connections are made and hearts are encouraged.
- Greeter/Door Holder: Extend a friendly welcome, assist guests as they arrive, and help them feel at home from the moment they step through the door.
- Golf Cart Driver: Provide safe, friendly transportation across the campus, ensuring guests, especially families and those with mobility needs, feel cared for.
- Connect Desk: Serve as the go-to resource for guests, offering information on events, small groups, and volunteer opportunities while helping them connect with the life of the church.
- Kids Check-In: Assist families with the check-in process, ensuring a safe and efficient experience while helping parents feel confident in their children’s care.
