Whether you're serving in the Café, greeting at the doors, driving the golf cart, assisting at the Guest Services Desk, or checking in kids, your service helps set the tone for an amazing experience.

• Café Team: Greet guests with a smile, serve coffee and snacks, and create a warm space where connections are made and hearts are encouraged.
• Greeter/Door Holder: Extend a friendly welcome, assist guests as they arrive, and help them feel at home from the moment they step through the door.
• Golf Cart Driver: Provide safe, friendly transportation across the campus, ensuring guests, especially families and those with mobility needs, feel cared for.
• Connect Desk: Serve as the go-to resource for guests, offering information on events, small groups, and volunteer opportunities while helping them connect with the life of the church.
• Kids Check-In: Assist families with the check-in process, ensuring a safe and efficient experience while helping parents feel confident in their children’s care.

As a Video Booth REACH Team member with Crosstowne's Production Team, you play a vital role in bringing worship and messages to life, ensuring every service runs smoothly and reaches hearts both in-person and online. In this role, you’ll:

• Operate cameras, switchers, and other video equipment to capture high-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with the Production Team to enhance worship and message delivery.
• Help create an engaging and distraction-free experience for the congregation and online viewers.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to live production needs with a calm and focused mindset.
• Be part of a creative, supportive team that’s passionate about using technology to share God’s word.

• Manage lighting to set the atmosphere and focus attention during the service.
• Assist with audio to ensure clear and balanced sound for the congregation and online viewers.
• Collaborate with the Worship and Production Teams to deliver seamless and impactful services.
• Learn and grow in your technical skills while serving with a team passionate about excellence and creativity.
