Managing Your Subsplash Account

How to log in to your Subsplash account and keep it up to date with correct payment information and personal details.

Accessing Your Account

Once you're logged into your account, you'll be able to edit your profile, reset your password, view your gift history, manage your payment methods and gifts, or delete your account. 

There are two ways to manage your Subsplash account:

Option 1

In the App

1.

Within the app, select the Profile icon in the upper right corner. If you ever get lost, just refresh the page, select the profile icon, and you'll be directed back to your account!
Make sure you are logged in to your account.

2.

Select Edit Your Profile Information, and make sure all of your info is up-to-date.

Option 2

Through your online browser

1.

Go to the Crosstowne’s Giving Link select Log in or Sign up in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

2.

Once you are logged in, select the Profile icon in the upper right corner.
Then select Edit Your Profile Information, and make sure all of your info is up-to-date.

3.

Make sure all of your info is up-to-date.
